Shipping, Payment & Cancellation Policy

At Kohira Luxe, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the details below regarding shipping, payments, and cancellations before placing your order.

1. Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations
We currently ship only within India.

Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier partner, weather conditions, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
Orders below ₹999 incur a shipping fee of ₹100.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select orders.
For COD orders below ₹999, the following charges apply:

  • Shipping fee: ₹100
  • COD charge: ₹70

Courier Delays
Kohira Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Payment Policy

All payments are processed securely via Shopify-supported payment gateways, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method. Refund timelines are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation & Order Modifications

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement only. Cancellation requests must be made via:

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Order Modifications
Within the same 12-hour window, customers may request changes to the following details:

  • Customer name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Shipping address

Product items cannot be modified once an order is placed. To change products, the order must be cancelled and placed again.

Refusal of Delivery
If an order is refused at the time of delivery, a charge of ₹100 will be deducted to cover delivery and return costs. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Policy Alignment

This policy works in conjunction with the Return & Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict, Kohira Luxe reserves the right to take the final decision.

Dispatch Notifications

Customers receive notifications with their order status and tracking details via SMS, email, and WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.
